Espadrille Wedge Sandals with Stretch Straps
Merill is the easy sandal: two wide elastic straps over the foot and one behind the heel, so there is nothing to buckle and nothing to slip. The straps give as you walk and settle the foot onto a cushioned footbed, while the rope-wrapped wedge adds height on a wide, stable base rather than a heel.
The straps are a knitted stretch textile, the wedge is wrapped in natural-look rope over a cork-look side, and the sole is a light rubber-look platform that keeps the whole shoe easy to wear for hours. Pair them with cropped jeans, a midi skirt or a shirt dress.
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, air dry.
